- You have used our AI processing service 5 times or less during the current subscription cycle.

- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
- Accounts that have used our AI processing service more than 5 times in the current billing cycle
- Any add-on services or one-time purchases
